Meeting opens at 7:13 pm with a moment of silence, the reading of the Twelve Traditions, Twelve Concepts and the Purpose of Area Service and Decorum Statement. Minutes are read and accepted with corrections.

Up coming Regional Events Basket Ball Cookout June 19,2004 Place to be announced Our area had the higbest attendance at the Regional E&A Meeting. We will not have a Black Tie affair we will have another event.
H&I having a Regional learning Day in Westchester on June 26 from 11 :00 -3:00 PM Manhattan & NYC area are having a learning Day on June 19
PI committee made a motion that any new groups that don't have names that are recovery oriented not be placed in the regional meeting list. This motion was later amended to exclude the meeting Name & just put date & time of meeting.
Other motions that were made and voted on was to refund Juan B money for parking at
last RSC weekend and E&A asked for additional .11110.00 for Basketball event.

Motion: To donate 10% of excess funds after operating expenses to the World Service Office

PLEASE NOTE:
7 Alive made an amendment to the motion. The change would be to donate 25% to the NY Regiion as opposed to 10% to the World Service Office.

The motion was tabled for clarification from the groups. This will be voted on at the next business month.

Coming Out in Recovery is in desperate need of support and trusted servants.
Little Girls Grow Up is changing the day of the week from Wednesday to Thursday starting May 6th. They are also having a GROUP ANNIVERSARY on May 13th.
Recovery on the Blvd Group Anniversary is Thursday June 17th @ 7:30 PM.
Together on Sunday GROUP ANNIVERSARY June 25th.
Recovery in the War Zone Tuesday 6:30 @ PS 18 on Henderson Ave. summer. They will be closing for the summer at PS 18. They need a secretary, treasurer and chair person and support.
The Real Deal needs a GSR, secretary and treasurer. Business meeting is the 1st Friday of the month.
Serenity on Saturday meets at 141 Parkhill Ave Saturday morning at 11AM and needs support and is in jeopardy of closing!! We need trusted servants too!!
Get Real on the Terrace meets 12 noon @ 3058 Richmond Terrace and needs new trusted servants to renew relationship with Fellowship Baptist Church. We need trusted servants to consistently open meeting at facility.
