Motions:

1) Motion Maker: The Dream is Real

Motion: That SIACS form and ad-hoc committee for findings on the feasibility of Area Service Office space where all subcommittees meetings can be held as well as storage of SIACS archives , literature , merchandise.

  Intent: to Follow the 7^th tradition.

2)Motion Maker: 12 Step Workshop

Motion: That SI Area pay a one time yearly premium of $201.56 to the GNY Region to cover all meetings currently listed in the Regional Meeting list.

Intent: to defer the $25 certificate cost for individual groups.

Point of information: insurance covers group events only.

3)Motion Maker: Steering Committee

Motion: that all subcommittee reports be typed prior to submitting to the SIASC

Intent: 8th Concept for Service: Our service structure depends on the integrity & effectiveness of our communications.

4) Motion Maker: Steering Committee

Motion: That ALL Steering Committee, Sub Committee Chairs and Treasurer’s make a reach phone number available to be printed in the minutes.

5) That ALL Steering Committee, Sub Committee Chairs and Treasurer’s check the email boxes supplied to them by SIASC through the website at least once a week.
